We ensure that your information is strictly protected in all transactions with us. Under no circumstances will we disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law. In addition, we will not contact you further after a sale or inquiry unless you specifically request us to do so.

If you have any special shipping requirements, please discuss these with us when placing your order. Due to the nature of the products we sell, AMK TechCraft products are not sold on a trial or return basis. Whilst we do our best to offer advice, we cannot accept responsibility for the suitability of our products in any particular situation. However, if a customer accidentally purchases a product that is not suitable for a particular purpose, we may, at our discretion, allow a partial exchange for a more suitable product.

Our products are constantly being improved and therefore specifications may change. If a product is out of stock or discontinued, AMK reserves the right to use an equivalent replacement.

AMK guarantees a free refund, replacement or repair of any item that proves to have a design or manufacturing defect within two months of the invoice date. This is provided that the product has not been misused, modified or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer and that the product is stored, operated and maintained in accordance with the conditions specified by the manufacturer.

Rechargeable batteries are not covered by the 2 month warranty and can only be replaced if the defect is found within 7 days of delivery.

If you do not receive your item within 7 days of placing your order, please report this to the seller and ask them to investigate the missing item.

If you receive a damaged item, you must report it to the seller within 2 days of receipt. Returns must be approved by us and you must fill out a return form (available by email). Under no circumstances will we accept unauthorized returns.

We reserve the right to ship items directly to the cardholder's address even if an alternative shipping address is specified. If you do not wish this to happen, please inform us at the time of ordering.

Quotations are valid for the period specified. No obligation arises until the seller accepts the buyer's order. It is also conditional on the goods being available on the date and time requested.

The order will not be confirmed and no contract of sale will be formed until the goods have been shipped. Once an order has been placed and shipped, no cancellation will be accepted except as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Act. If you are ordering bespoke or non-standard goods, we are unable to cancel your order once work has commenced or materials have been purchased to complete your order.
